By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information we collect
We aim to collect as little as possible. Depending on how you use the Service, this may include:
- Account & profile data — such as a username or display name you choose for the leaderboard, and, if you sign in, an email address or authentication identifier.
- Gameplay data — your in-app simulated trades, arena results, leaderboard placement, trophies, tiers, and skill scores (Control, Timing, Sizing). This data is simulated and involves no real money.
- Device & usage data — app version, device type, operating system, crash logs, and anonymous analytics that help us keep the app stable and improve it.
- Communications — any information you include when you email us or submit the contact form.
We do not handle real-money trading, and we do not collect bank account, brokerage, card, or other payment-settlement information for trading, because no real money is ever used in the Service.
3. How we use information
- To run arenas, leaderboards, trophies, tiers, and the TradeLabs skill engine.
- To maintain your profile and progress across sessions.
- To diagnose crashes, prevent abuse, and improve the Service.
- To respond to your questions and support requests.
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
4. Legal bases
Where required by law, we process information on the basis of your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and improving the Service, and compliance with legal obligations.
5. Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited data with trusted service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, hosting, analytics, and crash-reporting providers — who are bound to use it only on our instructions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
6. Your leaderboard name is public
Any username or display name you choose may be visible to other players on arena leaderboards. Please avoid including personal information in your display name.
7. Data retention
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see below).
8. Your rights & choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. To make a request, email support@tradearena.store. We typically respond within 2–3 business days.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under the age required by your local law (and at minimum under 13). We do not knowingly collect data from such children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. International users
We are based in India and may process information there or in other locations where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to such processing.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and material changes may be communicated in the app or on this site.
